MALUMFASHI LIKE MOST NORTHERN STATES HAS A HISTORY OF EMIRATE SYMTEM OF ADMINISTRATION WITH KATSINA EMIRATE AS THE EMIRATE COUNCIL AND GALADIMAN KATSINA AS THE DISTRICT HEAD OF MALUMFASHI. MALUMFASHI PEOPLE ARE KNOWN FOR FARMING COTTON AND OTHER FOOD CROPS SUCH AS MILLET, CORN, GROUND NUTS, GUINEA CORN ETC. WOMEN IN MALUMFASHI TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS TO ENGAGE IN SMALL SCALE PRODUCTION OF GROUNDNUT COOKING OIL WGIC IS SOLD TO AUGUMENT FAMILY INCOME. TYPICAL OF MOST RURAL AREAS IN AFRICA MALUMFASHI IS GROSSLY UNDERDEVELOPED THEREBY UNDERMINING THE HIGH PRODUCTIVE POTENTIAL OF ITS PEOPLE.

Here is a quick rework of it. The vi editor uses the ~ button to toggle upper/lower case of a letter.

Malumfashi like most northern states has historically used an Emirate system of administration with the Katsina Emirate as the Emirate council and Galadiman Katsina as the district head of Malumfashi. The Malumfashi people are known for farming cotton and other food crops such as millet, corn, ground nuts, and guinea corn. Women in Malumfashi take advantage of this to engage in small scale production of groundnut cooking oil which is sold to augument family income. Typical of most rural areas in Africa Malumfashi is grossly underdeveloped thereby undermining the high productive potential of its people.
