In the U.S. Library of Congress, LCCN 2015-18467. FYI the large print edition is said to be forthcoming "1111", perhaps this week.

For numerous Percy Jackson universe books, if not all, the large print editions from Thorndike Press in Waterville ME, have been published very quickly. -P64, 20:43 2015-11-09

In Brazil it was released October 6, same as the US. Portuguese Wikipedia alone has a book page now, pt:The Sword of Summer (with local cover image). Evidently there is a single dustjacket design with the numeral 1 and volume title as tertiary (less than secondary) text near the bottom edge. Compare US dustjacket at RickRiordan.com, [1].

FYI the Portuguese language site Percy Jackson Brasil covers Rick Riordan comprehensively -- all of the Percy Jackson universe series (eg Magnus Chase [2]) and other books too (eg adult mystery Cold Springs [3]).

Percy Jackson Brasil is now abandoned, or held for unpaid bills, or something. And it is not in the Internet Archive [5].

ISFDB now catalogs Magnus Chase in the Percy Jackson Universe series [6].
