I was a consultant for Systemhouse in Buena Park, California when Systemhouse was aquired by MCI. I think it is worth mentioning that Systemhouse was initially / primarily an outsourcing business in the sense that Systemhouse housed the entire data processing facility for companies. The companies included Vons grocery stores, Ultramar oil and Washington Mutual. I am not sure of the exact names. The important thing is that it is the outsourcing services that Systemhouse provided that I think should be emphasized. The name Systemhouse obviously is intended to imply the outsourcing services.
