Expanded version of an online essay?[edit]
I think this book is an expanded version of a 22-page article originally published online, but I don't have access to the book to verify. Perhaps it is just a reprint of that essay, but since the book runs to 105 pages I would guess not unless it is a small-format volume with many fewer words per page than the letter/A4 PDF. I also can't figure out when and where the article originally appeared: the archive.org version was uploaded after the book came out. If anyone has the book or knows more about the original essay please update the article. Beorhtwulf (talk) 10:15, 28 January 2019 (UTC)
