Removed cat[edit]

I removed [[Category:Supreme Court of the United States|Conley, Lyda]]. While she spoke before the Supreme Court, she was not part of the institution.

Name?[edit]

The bio at Find-A-Grave (Lyda Conley at Find a Grave shows a picture of her gravestone marked as "Eliza Burton Conley". Are there other sources for what her first name (or names) was, or whether she was known by multiple ones? --Alvestrand (talk) 20:03, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

She appeared to be known by multiple names; formally Eliza, but called Lyda/Lida.--Parkwells (talk) 20:55, 25 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Too much on land controversy[edit]

The article really has more than is needed on the land controversy between the Wyandotte Nation of OK and Wyandot Nation of KS. I removed unsourced material about how this related to US persecution of the tribe. Does not at all appear to be the case, as most of the development controversy was because the Wyandotte Nation of OK wanted to develop the land for profit. There is a separate article on Huron Cemetery, and I think more of the tribal history and land struggle belongs there. Will be moving more over.--Parkwells (talk) 20:55, 25 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Film[edit]

seems ben kingsley wants to shoot a film about her. think it should be part of the lemma. BR --Polentario (talk) 23:43, 6 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
