proposed split for the Transport section
I propose that we split the Transport section into a new article focused on transport issues and only leave a summary in the main Luton article with a 'main' link to the proposed page. See Transport in Bristol, Transport in Manchester, Transport in Brighton and Hove etc for precedent.
Note that there was a separate article of this name in the past which was merged in 2007 because it was too short at the time to justify being separate - this is different now because we already have a lot of content and there more that we want to add about other transport schemes. We can also expect people to add more information about bus services etc and also it could be interesting to have room for someone to add more details about the history of transport in the place.
