Brewing in Luton
Any history of industry in Luton should surely mention something about brewing. Apart from Green's, which was a large local brewery before its closure, when I lived near Luton in the early 1970s, Whitbread had a megabrewery just outside the town. Maybe someone with more knowledge could add a sentence or two. Rodparkes 05:04, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
