Regarding his place of burial, I changed "parochial church" to "parish church." I think that "parochial church" probably came from the Spanish language Wikipedia, where it says "iglesia parroquial." But I'm pretty sure that just means parish church. Anyway, "parochial church" doesn't make much sense in English.
