  • What you violated was the copyright policy. Text in the article was copied from other sources. That cannot be--there is a big difference between "listing" and "copying". Removing the reference to Playbill doesn't help at all (and might make it worse); I note that the sentence "Although Cole Porter was gay, their companionship and love lasted through 35 years of marriage and together they lived a spectacular, glamour-filled life" is still "taken" from somewhere else (plagiarism = theft of intellectual property), as a quick Google search verifies.
