Date of Death?[edit]

In the sidebar it lists "Date of Death" as 2004. This is confusing the character with the actress. Isabel Sanford did die in 2004, but Louise Jefferson, the character, never died on any televised series. I'm therefore removing it.--HillbillyProfane (talk) 01:20, 28 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Born in 1916?[edit]

I don't think it is possible that this character was born as early as 1916. Isabel Sanford, the actress who played her, was born in 1917, 21 years before Sherman Hemsley, who played her husband George, but I think the characters were meant to be closer in age. George had to have been born in either 1929 or 1930 (the episode in which he celebrated his fiftieth birthday aired in 1980), and I seem to recall an episode in which Louise was said to be slightly younger than her husband. A fourteen year age difference (where the bride is as much older than the groom) would have likely been a more remarkable element in the storyline, but the age difference of the characters was never an issue in the storyline of the series.
