What is this article about?

Proposed merge with Import substitution industrialization

"Local ownership import substituting" is one particular flavour of "Import substitution industrialization", with very little content; I think it would be best to merge this article into the more mature ISI article. bobrayner (talk) 14:55, 10 August 2014 (UTC)
