Some of the women in this list have Wikipedia articles of their own and are bluelinked. More articles about notable women in this list may be added later. The list relies on previous editions of the The Anglican Church of Australia Directory as its main source, crosschecked against newspaper reports and some other sites, all listed in the references section. Any corrections or additions to this list may be suggested on this Talk page. LPascal (talk) 04:06, 10 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Note, LPascal, like all articles on Wikipedia, corrections or additions do not need to be suggested here but can be made directly to the article by any editor (unless they have a WP:COI or are disputed). Melcous (talk) 04:53, 10 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
MelcousThe reason I put notes on this particular Talk page is that the list may cause debate among non-wikipedians who may want to challenge some of the facts or challenge that women should be ordained at all. To prevent vandalism, deletion or editing by people who are not aware of Wikipedia policies around sources and editing, I provide some editorial notes to explain to the general reader how they can safely suggest improvements or ask questions about the facts presented.
