Use of "suspicious" on this page?[edit]

Hello, I am a reader who is interested in mushrooms, knows nothing about them, falling down a wikipedia rabbit hole just for fun. I assume that the use of "suspicious" on this page means mushrooms who may be poisonous but whose status hasn't been determined one way or another. However I'm not sure because nowhere on the page is that word explained in this context. I think that a short paragraph written by someone qualified in this topic, explaining how that word is being used, would be a valuable contribution to this page. Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.193.99.85 (talk) 01:48, 30 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

(different user) Over 3 years and this problem has still not been resolved. I came to the talk page specifically to ask about this, and I see that someone else asked years ago (crazy thinking how 2021 was three years ago). 68.229.156.13 (talk) 17:26, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Morels and other fungi that commonly make people sick due to poor cooking?[edit]

Poisoning due to morels (and other mushrooms) that have been poorly cooked is relatively common shouldn't there be some mention of that? 107.0.240.130 (talk) 17:12, 1 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
