Comments on this page[edit]

Because this is part of an encyclopedia this should be a list (in table format) and not a "database". This means that not all known information should be packed into this article. In particular some of the columns do not seem to be directly associated with CVD and should therefore be omitted. Putting images in the columns is excessive, and these should instead go into articles on the chemicals. In many cases there are no articles on these chemicals, and therefore they should be written, with all the detailed information and sourcing. Overall the table columns are too wide, even for the wide screen that I use, so pruning this back should let it fit across the page. Also some of those headings should get some explanation in the introduction. The crystal structure column actually is a molecular structure (which I think is more relevant to vapour). I will make some more comments on the authors talk page. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 03:18, 24 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

More comments[edit]

Reads pretty strangely, but the article is so awful that there is little risk that readers will take it seriously. Many of the entries appear to be aspirational, what academics wish were used but aren't. Some of the graphics are probably borrowed without proper attribution. Oh well...--Smokefoot (talk) 01:59, 26 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
