Hotelicopter[edit]

I've cut mention of the Hotelicopter and put it instead in the article List of April Fools' Day jokes, where it better belongs. Meticulo (talk) 10:51, 26 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Services offered[edit]

The sources for the 'Services offered' section are the websites of the helicopter companies. At first I tried incorporating this information into the table itself, company by company, but it became too unwieldy. Not sure if such an unreferenced list is legitimate on a list page? If not, feel free to remove or amend. Cheers. Meticulo (talk) 10:57, 26 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Continental Air Services, Inc[edit]

I've moved 'Continental Air Services, Inc' to the Defunct list. The article for that airline says it was operating in the Pacific Islands in 1998, but there is no mention of helicopters being used by its successors, Continental Micronesia or United Continental Holdings. Please revert to operational list if a reliable source is found. Thanks - Meticulo (talk) 01:28, 27 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Cityhop[edit]

I've removed Cityhop from the list of 'Defunct or renamed' airlines because the Wikipedia article it linked to was about a carsharing service in New Zealand, with no mention of helicopters. − Meticulo (talk) 08:28, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

List inclusion criteria[edit]

Hi MilborneOne. I am confused by your series of edits beginning with this revert. It appears we essentially agree that only airlines with an article should be included. I only removed relinked items. I'm not sure why you reverted my edit... you appear to be slowly reinstating my edit piece by piece. Chuckle.

I'd also note that "notable" is effectively a synonym for "has a Wikipedia article". Notability is the Wikipedia criteria for having an article. Alsee (talk) 16:31, 2 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry User:Alsee, my mistake I waw only trying to revert the addition of "notable" as it is not really needed but managed to remove the rest of your change. I need to look further but I suspect that most of those listed are not really "airlines" in the sense most people would understand but rather charter operators.
