Oppose merge[edit]

Harbours and ports are not the same thing. Port facilities in Hong Kong spread beyond the Victoria Harbour, and there are also harbours within Hong Kong waters with no port facilities at all (small jetties don't count). — Insta ntnood 18:30, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
