I've restored the orignal intro, as most Colleges offer both HE and FE courses. Astrotrain 21:01, 6 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Inclusion[edit]

List articles must show criteria based on reliable sources to be included - there were several that failed to do this and have been eliminated - WP:NOTDIR. See List of further education colleges in England for a good example - every one has a blue link. I've left a couple of "grey" ones that result from a merge of notable colleges. Please do not add back any college that can not included a blue link somewhere in it's listing (and I do not include the location in that) - see also WP:L. Wikipedia:No original research applies equally to a list of like things as it does for the content article on each individual thing listed.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 18:47, 19 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It is not a requirement for all items on a list to have articles. See these List selection critera, specifically "Short, complete lists of every item that is verifiably a member of the group". And it easy to verify the existence of all of these colleges. --Vclaw (talk) 19:46, 19 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Would an annotation link to the removed colleges' websites satisfy you, or do I have to create an article for each of them? Mordac (talk) 13:08, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
