Move to Colleges and Universities in Bacolod City?[edit]

I propose to move this article to Colleges and Univerisites in Bacolod City. The word tertiary school is ambiguous, and, even the Wikipedia article is redirected to Higher Education. We don't want to have Institutes of Higher Education in Bacolod City now, do we? That'll be too wordy. Going back, the compound word "tertiary school" can mean other things, like cram school, that's already after high school but not specifically an institute of higher learning.
