2002 Golden Globe - request for correction[edit]

ASCAP awards[edit]

I have removed most of the ASCAP awards. The given source was a broken link; ASCAP's 2004 list of winners does not include Eminem, and even if it did, the claim that that was his first award is wrong given that they [www.ascap.com/eventsawards/awards/popawards/2004/mostperformed.aspx do mention a 2003 award] of his. Certainly, Technical 13. The article was about 90% unsourced, and a lot of the material didn't verify on spotcheck. I removed the unsourced material (it does come under BLP, after all) carefully, one section at a time, so that any editor could restore any table once they found a source. Soon afterwards, the unsourced material was restored en masse, without sources, by various IPs. The article is now semi-protected. Any anonymous editor that wants to restore a particular table can request it by providing a citation to the reliable source that supports the information in the table. I won't even be picky about the "change X to Y format": point me at the table that was removed, point me at a reliable source for the data in the table, and I'll restore it. Per WP:BURDEN, WP:RS, and WP:BLP, I won't entertain any request to restore any uncited material to the article.—Kww(talk) 17:03, 19 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

In this site there are a lot of Eminem awards that you haven't mention http://eminem-sshady.blogspot.gr/p/premios.html , there awards that you haven't wrote like in 1997 where Eminem won Freestyle Performance of the Year on Wake Up Show, or where he won 3 Online Hip-Hop Awards in 2000, the MuchMusic Awards he has won, some Blockbuster Entertainment Awards, a ZANU Award, The Source Hip-Hop Awards he won, an ESPN Award, 2 Japan Gold Disc Awards for The Eminem Show and for 8 Mile the compilation album, some NRJ Music Awards, 2 DETROIT Music Awards that you haven't mention and a lot of other Awards he won in the past...it might be unreliable source but i know all these Awards are real and he won them in the past. 87.202.188.118 (talk) 19:30, 8 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding the photo and the Emmys[edit]

As Kagemaru2022 and I now seem to be in an edit war, I'd like to restate here what I stated on Kagemaru2022's talk page:

  • The image that Kagemaru2022 added to List of awards and nominations received by Eminem, Image:Eminem_Recovery_Album.jpg, is not "licensed," and based on the information provided by Kagemaru2022, was apprately just grabbed from online. Per Wikipedia:Non-free content, "Non-free images that reasonably could be replaced by free content images are not suitable for Wikipedia." Image:Eminem DJ Hero.jpg is a free-use image; therefore it is more appropriate.
  • Eminem did not receive an Emmy for the Chrysler commercial. The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences gave the award to the ad agency that made the commercial. If the award had been given to Eminem, their awards database would say so. It does not count as an award for him just because he was in the commercial. Also, the article that you are using as a reference is mistaken, and would probably not meet Wikipedia's guidelines for reliable sources.

  • Eminem didn't win an emmy award but as honorary artist he got as the source user Trivialist referred to.

If search in Emmy site about Outstanding commercial 2011.winner by typing Eminem in the nominee box you will see (you mean born of fire winner)

  • Next point about the image of the page the user told me it's not licensed based on info provided by me also he said grabbing it up from Internet but I don't see it's illegal to Wikipedia Cruz I follow all step to upload file with non-free usage so what's the matter if Wikipedia let us use this kinda images although its licensed info not so well provided and some provided user info to verify but not hurt commercial conditions or even the personal also the owner of this image don't mind or even hadda give permission to use♥Kagemaru2022 (talk) 17:36, 14 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
