If you look below the tables, you'll see "This list is incomplete; you can help by expanding it." Unfortunately, editing this table to make it complete would be quite a time consuming task. So until someone decides to take this task, this tables will continue to have medalists missing. Kirin13 (talk) 06:26, 7 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
