Marvin[edit]

I had hoped to find, who Marvin was, who was shot in the riots, in which the Zebra room was finally burned, when he was liting a cigarette. Didn't he appear earlier already? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.178.7.116 (talk • contribs) 15:40, 14 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I cannot find any mention of a Marvin in Middlesex. I think the person to whom you are referring is Marius. I've added some information about him. Thank you for pointing out that the character list needed to include the character who burned the Zebra Room. Cunard (talk) 10:56, 15 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Family tree[edit]

I have created and added a family tree for the main characters, but there are things i am a bit in doubt of.

1 As fare as I recall it is only explained in the book that Surmalina is the cousin of Lefty and Desdemona but not on which side, so the genders of their older relatives is pure guess work, am i correct in not remembering this detail? Should that information be included in the caption for the graph?
2 Should I include father Mike and his children with Zoe, as he is a central figure in the story?
