This list is based on Lijst van Nederlandse bands en artiesten, Music of the Netherlands and the related categories. The aim is to increase the available information on Dutch music. Brz7

Links should be checked[edit]

Merge of List of Dutch artists, split of List of Dutch bands[edit]

I have start merging the List of Dutch artists here, which had been developed as a list of musical artists. This is enduring solution:

The term artist is no equivalent of the Dutch "artiest"
The term artist can mean musical artist as well as visual artist
Now this list also contains a lot of Dutch musical artists

After starting merging the (former) "List of Dutch artists" I noticed:

This listing both contains artists and bands.
It seems only logical to split those two.
Just like in the Dutch Wikipedia where there is a separate w:nl:Lijst van Nederlandse bands
