Given the length of this article, I suggest it remain a stand-alone article with cross-links between the two. I have now added cross-links. As other users, add further nicknames, the list is likely to grow even longer and require subdivision by different eras, e.g., 1900-1930, 1931-1960, 1961-1990, 1991-present. For these reasons, I think it better that this remain a separate post.
