Article move[edit]

House1090 did a unilateral move of the article to alumni instead of people. This article will also be including notable faculty, so the article should be moved back to the original title. See WP:UNIGUIDE for more information regarding verbiage on university articles. Alanraywiki (talk) 04:43, 7 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This article is about alumni currently so thats why I made the change, I mean people? Will you be putting faculty on here? I dont think it should be about faculty, there is not much about faculty to write about. Mabey a name change to "List of California State University, San Bernardino alumni and faculty", but not people, there has to be another word. House1090 (talk) 23:17, 7 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The term 'people' may seem unusual, but that is the standard terminology for university articles on Wikipedia. For example, see List of University of California, Riverside people, List of San Jose State University people, and List of California State University, Long Beach people. If an article states list of alumni, that generally means there is also a list of faculty on Wikipedia. Also, thanks for moving my comment to the right page. My error. Your welcome, and yes it seemed unusual to use the word people, and I only saw alumni listed here so thats why I made the move, I did nit make it to make life on wiki hard. PS:If I was some one else I would of deleted your comment. I dont want to be the trouble maker its just that people dont let me explain my side, people just judge me because of my past, and I am really trying to change but I keep on think that it might just be impossible.
