Trivia section[edit]

Trivia sections on Wikipedia are considered very bad form. All imformation within this section should be dispersed to apropriate places within the article. --The_stuart 18:36, 25 May 2006 (UTC) I thought we were trying to dispose of the trivia section and reintigrate the material with the article... after doing so, a new trivia section has arrived with information about a bonus feature that makes a distant bridge from this movie to the END of the Lilo and Stitch: The Series cycle. I'm not sure if this information is even needed, but if it is can we put it where it might otherwise belong? -- Zytron 16:57, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Jess Winfield/Alternate universes[edit]

"All these contradictions led Jess Winfield to state that this film takes place in an alternate universe. [citation needed]" If citation for such a claim can't be submitted, as well, it should be noted that even if this were true, he has no authority (writer or not, the property is owned by Disney) to state what is and isn't canon... only what he considers canon, then the quote should be taken down. I removed the bit since it was uncited and it is unlikely that anyone will provide a proper source for it. No, forum posts don't count. It's speculation from a primary source. Despite the disparities, it does appear that this film is indeed canon. --Jtalledo (talk) 22:07, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Somehow it made it in again... I just re-removed the AU theory. Besides being terrible form to use all caps to make a point (which is corrected easily enough), the statement still unsourced. The contributor make allusion to a conversation with Disney (without names or dates), but that would be considered original research. Unless it can be found in print or recording that can be directly cited, this statement needs to stay out of the article. -- Zytron 06:05, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Zytron removed this text: "But, after talking with Disney, the reason "Stitch's Trial" was deleted was so that they could CREATE "Stitch has a Glitch", therefore none of this really happens outside of what is an apparently AU (alternate universe) game, Disney's Stitch Experiment 626."

Scott Erickson[edit]

While the distinction should be made between the two Scott Ericksons if they might work closely together, but I have removed the comment about the alleged employee misconduct unless a reputable cite can be offered to substantiate this alligation. Zytron 22:15, 10 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Spoiler tags[edit]

Actually, I think the spoiler tag is appropriate here since it gives away the ending. --Jtalledo (talk) 22:04, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think its concise enough in that its competent without. Its also stated in the main character's article so it should be fine.
On an unrelated subject I believe the Leroy and Stitch plot could use quite a bit of trimming. -Randall Brackett 23:16, 8 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Saw the discussion at Wikipedia talk:Spoiler warning. It would have been nice to know that you're against spoiler tags... --Jtalledo (talk) 01:01, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
In this vein, while the discussion is ongoing I only remove them when I see them inapropriately placed. I don't think its constructive to have one beneath the plot header. That seems redundant. -Randall Brackett 03:00, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Experiment pictures of origin of stitch[edit]

Did anyone ever notice the experiments have different numbers in the origin of stitch (example 624 is 128 and 002 is 608 etc)

Reference to popular culture?[edit]

I believe one scene in the movie is a nod to the Peanuts character Charlie Brown. IN this said scene, Lilo is shown on her back in a position that mimics Charlie Brown on his back on the pitcher's mound. Her apperance from this angle also bears a slight similarity to Charlie Brown and even says something along the lines of "I wonder if Elvis ever had this problem".

Would this count as a reference to popular culture? --172.163.138.9 10:17, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
