okay, i was bored so i completely overhauled the article to make the english better. i did a little reorganizing to make it flow better, but mostly just rewrote the language. i know next to nothing about this type of ship (well, now i do) so i tried to leave the content as unchanged as possible. some things i had to make educated guesses on, though, like i have no idea what 5-spot means, so i guessed that means 5 percent. sorry if i inadvertently introduced anything wrong into the article, i did my best to interpret the language as it was. hope this helps someone! tonns?

What's with the "tonns". Do we mean metric tonnes or tons grt? I'm guessing the latter, but will wait before correcting. Communications to my talk page please. Everybody got to be somewhere! (talk) 18:31, 20 February 2011 (UTC)

Mp?

In two places this article uses 'Mp' without a link or clarification; "The cranes had a load-carrying capacity of more than 500 Mp" "with a lifting force of more than 2,000 Mp"

My best guess is that is referring to "Megapond (Mp), a non-SI Metric unit of force, also known as a tonne-force" but I am not sure. Could someone clarify this please FerdinandFrog (talk) 20:45, 7 March 2017 (UTC)
