Notable??[edit]

The entry says "Lezey is a village and commune in the Moselle département of France." That's it.

I once had a cat named Motley. She was a very pretty cat and we lived in New Jersey.

Not everything that exists, like Motley the Cat, belongs in Wikipedia. Unless Lezey is notable, it too does not belong in Wikipedia. Please don't start in about exclusionism and similiar theories about what Wiki should be. Just put something in about Lezey that proves that it is notable. So I'm going to tag the article with {{notable}}. Timothy Perper (talk) 14:48, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I just googled Lezey. It has hotels and rental properties. If you look at http://www.speedylook.com/Lezey.html you'll find nothing else notable about it -- no famous people born there, historical sites, monuments... A long but completely unsourced comment at http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/archive/index.php/t-68465.html associates Lezey with the Battle of Arracourt in WW2. If that source is reliable (which it isn't for Wiki's purposes) it would belong in an entry on Tank Battles in World War 2 or something like that. So Lezey is looking even less notable...
