Proposed Revisions and Sub Sections[edit]

There's a good amount of technical detail about the house and its architectural features. I'm not sure how relevant they are. But it might make it more readable to prune slightly and focus on key features. I would also like to propose breaking the article into sections - say, a summary, early history/construction, key features of the property, summary of Lexington Conservatory, and then more recent history and proposed adaptive reuse or restoration.
