This page should not be speedily deleted because... (your reason here) --Marybrewster (talk) 15:33, 6 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please explain the "variety of reasons" that this page should be deleted?

  • Hi Mary! Welcome to Wikipedia. I just wanted to touch bases with you on the deletion. You are actually responding to an old nomination for deletion. I declined the nomination though, because it did not meet the criteria. At this point, the outstanding issues on this article include a lack of citations. While there is one, we required significant coverage in reliable and independent sources. We also need to know which US R&B charts you speaking about. Once we identify the chart, we then need to add it to the article along with a wikilink. Hope this helps! Again, this article is not currently proposed or nominated for deletion. If you have more questions or need help, please feel free to drop me a line on my talk page. Best regards, Cindy(talk) 00:30, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move 22 September 2019[edit]

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

The result of the move request was: Not moved. It appears that the RFC was, eventually, no consensus. As the relevant guidelines (WP:THE and WP:THEMUSIC stand at the moment, it doesn't appear that the "The" with reference to The Supremes should be removed. • Support – These should be non-controversial per the recent RFC which is reflected in the guidance that Tbhotch linked. Dicklyon (talk) 23:33, 22 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
