Is criticism of its Christian agenda, or legitimate criticism?[edit]

I'd like to know 134.148.10.13 (talk) 22:23, 13 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Well, if the criticism says "This is a horrible film with a bad plot and bad acting" or something to that effect, then it's criticism of the film. If the criticism says "Yet another crappy evangelical film that will convince no-one to convert but doesn't seem to realize this" or something to that effect, then it's criticism of an evangelical agenda. Remake or reboot?[edit]

I haven't seen it so I don't know, but the article currently says it's a remake, but I've heard it's not. --Musdan77 (talk) 01:34, 30 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I don't believe it qualifies as a reboot, as it's not discarding established continuity and backstory in favor of new continuity and backstory. For instance, if they re-wrote the events to have a secular, scientific rationale, that would be a reboot. But simply re-adapting the same source material (as this film seems to be doing) is just a remake. MjolnirPants Tell me all about it. 15:25, 1 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Remake. The real question is "why?". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.194.39.86 (talk) 01:56, 9 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Reception Section[edit]

The partial quote:

"In fact, most Christians ... insistent, crazy, delusional, or at the very least just really annoying." is great. I used the dots to save time. 98.194.39.86 (talk) 02:01, 9 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Left Behind now got a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.[edit]

This isn't a drill guys. Seems like that Left Behind recently lost its 1% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and this film got a 0%, based on 69 reviews. https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/left_behind_2014 --Stephenfisher2001 (talk) 19:16, 16 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
