You're right. The Japanese articles list family name last with a template at the top of the page explaining which name is the family name. I heard that Mr. Lee has told the Korean media that he expects his team to win every single one of the remaining short track men's medals in the 2010 Olympics and that Apollo Ohno doesn't belong on the medal stand.
