On the leadership site:

the process of leading.
Those entities that perform one or more acts of leading.
The ability to affect human behaviour so as to accomplish a mission designated by the leader

Maybe the words leader and leadership are self-explanatory, but perhaps maybe there should be a REAL definition posted here. Otherwise, this article does not make sense. Neither does the "leadership" one. This article may need to be rewritten.
