"Le Sentier" is also the name of the area of Paris, in the 3rd and 4th arrondissements (districts), where the Jewish textile merchants and a large part of the Parisian Jewish community are implanted. Therefore, it would be best to change this article into a disambiguation one, referring to both meanings, and rename this one "Le Sentier (Vaud)" or "Le Sentier (Switzerland)".

I didn't do it because (a) it doesn't look like the other article exists, and I have insufficient knowledge to author it myself (except just a stub, perhaps) and (b) I am not sure what the rules are about repurposing an existing article to become a disambiguation one.
