Final sentence of the introductory description of Lari.[edit]

Why is 'It is the Lari's birthday today [²]' allowed to stay on the page? It seems to be some sort of lame 'in' joke. I'd simply delete it in an edit. Nothing more, nothing less but, it is not worth wasting my time over anymore as, almost every single edit I have made to Wikipedia to improve the English, is snarkily reversed. Frankly, by people of obviously inferior knowledge & poor grasp of English as a written and spoken language. Therefore I am leaving their precious articles as they appear, warts & all.
