Deletion of paragraph[edit]

I have deleted the second paragraph of the section headed The Second Boer War, that deals with the scorched earth policy and concentration camps.
I note that the same paragraph in the article for the Queen's South Africa Medal was deleted on 14 Oct 19 on the basis that it was an "irrelevant argumentative paragraph as (a) it reads badly, as nationalistic axe-grinding, (b) more British troops than Boer civilians died due to poor camp conditions and (c) the troops did not decide the controversial policy, Kitchener did."
While I have no strong views as to whether the paragraph should be included or not, I think the two articles should be consistent. Therefore if anyone is minded to restore the paragraph, it would be better to do so for both the King's and Queen's medals.
