The sweet kind discussed in the article, and the unsweet kind, ignored by the article. (And apparently, the South African style is a third yet.)

Interesting. It seems that the type of kichel covered in the article now is a later, perhaps regional variant. I added a Globalize template to the article to draw attention to this discussion. Largoplazo (talk) 11:34, 13 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
