I would like to know why far-left editors want to stick their loony political views (entirely irrelevant to a weather article) into here, under the lame cover of "Usage". A reference link to it is essentially a camouflaged advertisement of another article about Matzpen (the "exiles" mentioned in this piece). Hamsin as an epitet is used in Israel for any stale and tiresome situation, and if the current political situation is a "hamsin" and one feels an eager need to stick it into here in the form that marxy leftists use it, then I feel it should be balanced by the same reference by right-wing politicians. Or center politicians for that matter.

Name?[edit]

Why no mention that "khamseen" is Arabic for fifty?

Isn't this just the Sirocco?[edit]

This entire article seems to just be about the Sirocco, but with a different name. Let's merge please if this is the case.--عبد المؤمن (talk) 23:31, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
