Reorganizing cancer information?[edit]

The current sections on health and death are kind of a mishmash. It's out of chronological order, and at times effects precede causes. I'm not sure of how to reorganize it, though, so I'd like some feedback on a potential timeline:

  • Before 2001, had been a chain smoker
  • In 2001, quit smoking when diagnosed with lung cancer [question: was this public knowledge?]
  • In 2007, on an episode of The View, she revealed that she was in remission from lung cancer [question: had it been known before then that she had lung cancer?]
  • In 2009, was diagnosed with lung cancer for a second time. She subsequently underwent surgery and four rounds of chemotherapy
  • In 2010 was "found to be cancer-free" [question: isn't this inaccurate, since she clearly had some remaining, undetected cancer cells? perhaps "in complete remission" would be better]
  • In February 2011, guest appearance on The Bold and the Beautiful
  • In November 2011, was named the national spokesperson for the Lung Cancer Profiles campaign on behalf of Pfizer
  • In June 2012, died of lung cancer
