Disputed[edit]

I added the disputed tag due to the reference that "...Alter attended the Second Vatican Council, during which he also proposed a model of separation between Church and State...". There is a link to a Wikipedia article regarding separation of church and state, and the link implies that this was the model that Alter proposed.
