- {{Extinct turtles}} and fossil forms of both living and extinct turtles requires attention:many extinct articles require either expansion or creation and sources seems hard to come by. A list of fossil forms is being compiled so progress can be charted.
- Patrol: recent changes to turtle articles and check for improvements or errors.

Obsolete genus[edit]

I believe this genus is now obsolete, having been merged into Pangshura. Members should be reclassified. Bruinfan12 (talk) 10:09, 15 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

None remain in the genus. However, while some were moved to Batagur, others were moved to Pangshura earlier. Until the mid-90s (and as a consequence still in much of the available literature), "Kachuga" included all the "roofed turtles".
