Kâhta or Kahta[edit]

@Markussep: Kâhta has been used for this article and the town, but the name 'Kahta' is used for the villages like Çukurtaş, Kahta. I'm not sure where Kâhta is coming from and e-icisleri.gov.tr/ doesn't use the accent over a. Should we move Kâhta District to Kahta District (and Kâhta to Kahta)?
