I only recently discovered June Boland, and she is almost forgotten from time as a writer. I am continuing to do what research I can, but so far have had minimal success with only several references to her in Australian newspaper archives (though she is a British writer). She is frequently described as a "popular writer" and was clearly fashionable and well known in her era. If anyone is able to assist or knows of further resources to try to get any biographic information (I'm not in the UK which hampers research) then your input would be very welcome.
