Not (just) in Lee County[edit]

Not sure how to prove this by Wikipedia standards, but I grew up in Jug Fork community, and where I lived was in Union County, just over the county line from Lee. Maybe some of Jug Fork lies in Lee County, but it is also definitely in Union. I'm not sure exactly where the boundaries specifically are, just know I grew up in Union County and in Jug Fork. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.234.43.180 (talk) 00:49, 3 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Jug Fork is in Union County. It has the same zip code, 38828, as Blue Springs, which is in Union County. Why would a community in Lee County (as the article says) be served by a Union County Post Office? It is *near* the Lee Co. line, true, but that does not make it a part of Lee Co. It's in Union Co.! 69.180.252.42 (talk) 20:51, 18 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

GNIS puts it in Lee County. If you can find a reliable source to say it's in both counties feel free to add it. Magnolia677 (talk) 23:21, 18 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

So I guess the United States Postal Service is not reliable enough? Jug Fork mail is sent to Blue Springs, MS 38828, a Union County location. I don't care where GNIS places it. They're wrong. But whatever. I doubt any past or present locals give a fig where Wikipedia places them. They know the real deal. 69.180.252.42 (talk) 04:43, 19 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Add a link to the postal service then. Magnolia677 (talk) 04:50, 19 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Not sure how to link to USPS.com search results precisely, but at https://tools.usps.com/go/POLocatorAction.action, if Jug Fork, MS, within 1 mile, is searched at that link, what comes up is Blue Springs Post Office. Returning to my regularly scheduled life now. 69.180.252.42 (talk) 05:21, 19 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
