Colin Lauder fatherhood[edit]

The following statement:

"The son of Colin Lauder (1712–1752) an Edinburgh merchant and his spouse Elizabeth Sinclair"

has been removed because it is inconsistent with the birth of John (b. 1683). John would have been 29 years older than his father.
