I think (correct me if I'm wrong) that www.pensapedia.com/wiki, like other wikipedias, is not copyrighted, as it can be modified by anyone at any time. Therefore, using materiel copied from this site as a starting point for a modified article is not a copyright violation.

In any case, I have conducted extensive modification of the article since copying parts of it, inserting new materiel and removing old.

I hope this is ok now.

Hello Goblinshark17. I checked and Pensapedia is published under a free license, GFDL 1.2. However, that license, while free, is no longer compatible with our license for import of text. We can publish out using that license, but text brought in must be under CC BY-SA. Thanks for checking, and for re-writing much of the copied content, though there is still a fair amount remaining. See this link for the comparison:[1]. Please re-work the remaining material, as you are familiar with the material already. Otherwise, it may just get ripped out arbitrarily which would leave some gaping holes in the narrative. Thanks for your contributions, Crow^Caw 23:17, 12 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

"child molester"[edit]

Is there a cite designating the subject of this article as a "child molestor"? Most jurisdictions have separate charges and sentences for child molestation versus molesting a minor.
