User:Hughesia76 did 3 reverts in 24 h on 20 June.

Andy M. Wang undid 2 edits, Harelx undid the first and latest revision by Hughesia76 and said in their Edit Summary:NOT ok, Hughesia76 ,3xDeleting Bloomberg++cited Neutral,Relevant info.Not sure\ how2reportUbutYou3xRevised WithoutDiscuss. YourAccountSuggestsPOV.Stop

Ive welcomed and warned Hughesia on their talkpage, but there' s never been a discussion. The Wikipedia:Edit_warring#The_three-revert_rule says that "Even without a 3RR violation, an administrator may still act if they believe a user's behavior constitutes edit warring". I suggest to report this at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring.

Hughesia76 seems to be a single purpose account. He /she has engaged in slow edit warring since last fall, repeatedly ( 25 Sept 2015, October 15, June 2016 removing sourced content or information that he does not agree with or in Jan 2016,adding unsourced info in favor of Crawford.

Hughesia76 also used misleading edit summaries like here "Included properly cited and sourced material that was removed" while removing a wp:RS, the des moines register.--Wuerzele (talk) 23:13, 23 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
