Nous Non Plus[edit]

Jeremy Parzen is the guitar player in Nous Non Plus under the pseudonym Cal d'Hommage. All of the players in Nous Non Plus perform under pseudonyms and it is easy to verify that Jeremy is indeed Cal d'Hommage by comparing photographs from the Nous Non Plus website and Jeremy's blog DoBianchi.com.

I realize now that it was inappropriate for me to create a Jeremy Parzen entry. I am so sorry about that and for wasting your time. How do I delete it? For the record, Jeremy Parzen (me) is Cal d'Hommage in Nous Non Plus (and it could also be verified by the fact that my name is included in ASCAP and BMI records of songs I've composed for the group). Sorry to waste your time.

WP:AUTOBIOGRAPHY does states that "Writing an autobiography on Wikipedia is strongly discouraged, unless your writing has been approved by other editors in the community. Editing a biography about yourself should only be done in clear-cut cases." In this case, you have at least one other editor (me) who approves this article. You're clearly notable, IMO. I'd suggest you not delete it, and let it stand. You've clearly created the article in good faith, and it was clear from the outset that you were writing in this in a non-WP:SOAP tone. Agreed. And the New York Times blog article on Jeremy is particularly notable. WP:BLP does state that "Some newspapers host interactive columns that they call blogs, and these may be acceptable as sources so long as the writers are professionals and the blog is subject to the newspaper's full editorial control." wow, thank you for you patience. it's amazing to learn how Wikipedia works and I have to admire the editorial diligence. I am not, however, married to Annette Ezekiel. Sorry to hear about your divorce. If you can post a link here to any third-party source identifying you as Cal d'hommage (living in Quebec, I get the joke) I'd be happy to change the reference. Thanks for your sympathy. I posted a 3rd-party source that identifies Jeremy Parzen with Cal d'Hommage. I hope that's okay. I'm glad you get the play-on-words. We played a lot of fun shows in Quebec. On another note, the thing that got me interested in Wikipedia is how it has become one of the top sources for information on Italian wine appellation regulations. Do you know of/can you point me to fora where similar topics are discussed? Thank you again for your help.
