Diplomatic service[edit]

Some sources state he was an ambassador to several places, particularly Mexico and Egypt. I have also found numerous using the Polish term 'posel' which translates directly as Envoy (title); the posting to Cuba is sometimes described as envoy, sometimes as charge d'affairs.
