For some reason a 'speedy deletion' tag was placed on this page, perhaps before I completed it. Either way this person, consul Finn, was an important personality in 19th century Palestine and he was involved in several projects, including the purchasing of land and establishment of an experimental agricultural farm called Artas which today is a village in the West Bank.Seth J.
