Darkness Shines deleted my contribution saying that it is copyrighted material. My source included the annual report which is not copyrighted as the information is released to the public domain by the Islamic Development Bank for the viewing of the general public. The WP:PD states that the public domain material is material “that were released into the public domain by the copyright holder”. On that basis, I believe that information can be included on the Wikipedia article. See my discussion with Darkness Shines at my talk page.Tariqmia (talk) 20:46, 13 January 2013 (UTC)

- (edit conflict)There is a distinct difference between releasing something for public viewing and releasing something into the public domain (including re-publishing, which is what you are doing here). Page #124 of the annual report clearly shows that IDB retains copyright. Please do not re-add copyrighted material.--Tgeairn (talk) 21:06, 13 January 2013 (UTC)
